AP1,BAT1, E1 on scene gave fire showing on the 2nd floor of an abandoned building. Crews iniated fire attack from the interior, after interior attempts the crews were pulled out because of the high risk of structural failure. The fire was then fought from the outside. E329/SQ328 were assigned East Division for exposure protection and assisting aerial master streams with fire suppression. No further info on company assignments.

10-48 (PIN) Maize Rd. and Hidden Valley

Station 17 on scene advised they had 1 code red, and 1 code red that was pined. SQ17 was patient care, Q17 took command and was patient care, SQ328 assisted SQ17, HR4 assisted with jaws, SQ4 assisted extrication, BAT1 took command, E16 assisted with driving the ambulance to the hospital.

September 4th 2008:

House Fire 837 N. Brownthrush Ln.
MAP

Alarm came in as a house fire, but first due Station 8 found only a car on fire inside an attached garage. SQ8 was fire attack, E 8 was command, E16 searched the house, SQ4 set up ventilation,E329 staged by a plug for possible water supply. Fire attack crews kept the fire to the vehicle and there was no extension to the house.

August 23rd 2008:

4:03 A.M.
Building Fire Central and Tyler (Spangles)

SQ8 on scene and gave heavy smoke showing, SQ8 was fire attack, E16 on scene and was fire attack group leader, E8 was water supply and supplied a 5in. to E16. Q17 took command, AP16 set their ladder to assess the roof and vertical ventilation. E329 worked with AP16. SQ17 assessed ventiation from the ground and took out all the restraunts windows. Fire attack crews were feeling little heat but had zero visibility due to heavy smoke conditions. BAT1 took over command and advised everyone to pull out of the structure. Station 4 also worked on ventilation. Fire attack crews pulled out and advised command that the ventilation was working and they could now see. Command had them re-enter the structure and they were able to find the fire and extinguish it fairly quickly.

AP16 on scene gave heavy smoke showing, started a secocnd alarm, AP16 initated fire attack with E8, BAT2 took command and requested 3rd alarm, SQ8 worked with AP16 on fire attack, Q17 water supply to AP16, E1 was RIC, SQ17 joined AP16 on fire attack, E7 was search and rescue, E2/E12 check west buisness for extension, E8/SQ33 check east buisnesses, AP1 set up on the south side, AP2 set up on the north side to ladder the roof.
